GL05A – My Learning Contract
Based on the discussion with Learning Facilitator and his/her feedback and Refined Learning Project Proposal, you need to plan feasible self-directed learning schedule (timeline for 12 weeks of learning project). Students also need to identify resource materials for research, resource persons, plan ways to collect evidence of learning for each PLAN-PERFORM-MONITOR-REFLECT (PPMR) phase

The My Learning Log serves as a documented attendance record. Hence you need to submit My Learning Log after each consultation.
